I had a washing machine from the Good Guys removed, delivered and installed by Logan and Vince. They were punctual and gave a courtesy call 5 mins in advance. My tap actually had a leak and it was a disaster in my tiny bathroom but Logan was super friendly and helpful, still installing my new machine and being very mindful and cautious of any safety concerns (as I'm heavily pregnant). Amazing service from these guys. My address is always confusing people so they accidentally went to the wrong place for my delivery, but they rang me straight away to reaffirm my address! They also gave me options on which days I could have my delivery by and sent texts confirming delivery, time of which the delivery will be here and a tracking link with time of estimated arrival which was so helpful. The guys that delivered were so nice and offered to put my very heavy packages anywhere I'd like, and we even had a little laugh about my confusing address. Overall, I would recommend these guys. ☺️

Express Move were punctual, friendly and helpful. The guys stayed in communication prior to delivery. They took great care when moving bulky items not to damage light fittings, and were careful too with my newly laid carpet, on a day when it was raining and there was greater risk of mud being trampled inside. They also ensured that the delivery was complete and no items were outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending Express Move.
