Terms and Conditions for Express Move Removal Service
Welcome to Express Move! By using our removal services, you agree to the following
terms and conditions
Callout Fee:
A callout fee is the travel fee thatwill be applied for all service appointments that are
beyond our 10 km radius in Erskine Park. This fee is non-refundable and will be
communicated to you at the time of booking.
Deposit:
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount is $100 and payment
details will be provided upon confirmation of your service appointment.
Prices:
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to the total cost of the service.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made by the customer. The
deposit amount will be deducted from the total job cost upon completion, and the
remaining balance is payable by cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Liability:
Express Move will take all necessary precautions to protect your belongings during the
move. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses that occur due to
circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include
cash and bank transfer.
Changes to Terms:
Express Move reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any
changes will be communicated to you prior to your scheduled service.
